There is an organization called TIC -Tantalum-Niobium International Study Center - apparently a well respected international organization founded and located in Belgium.

Their Website states:

An international, non-profit association founded in 1974 under Belgian law. Around 90 members worldwide involved with all aspects of the tantalum and niobium industry supply chain (mining, trading, processing, metal fabrication, capacitor manufacturing, recycling, other end-users such as medical, aerospace...) Managed by an Executive Committee representing all segments of the industry.

According to Organizations list of Members neither Sarissa nor Niostar (or any familiar name with either of these Company s) are Members.

My question is - if this Company Asset is "World Class" and has such a valuable base, as some have suggested, why is this Sarissa Group not a Member of the Organization exclusively organized and structured to serve the needs and interests of the Niobium Industry?

One would conclude that if a Company s asset is viable you could find the Professional expertise, sources for funding, potential Joint Venture associations ETC through membership (and the Members) of this organization.

In the interests of providing positive reenforcement to the Company Management, who may be reading this Board or in the alternative one of the posters who is in regular contact can pass it on, I provide the following information:

The 56th General Assembly of this organization is being held on October 25 to 28, 2015 in Penang Malaysia. This is an Annual event held at different Worldwide locations each year.

The Organizations contact details are as follows:
