Why isn't this trading on the NASDAQ?


Dumb question?



I'm in SoCal. I've seen their logo for YEARS!!! IMHO, this is something that's destined to trade between $2 and $3 on the NASDAQ, or at least $1 - $2 on the AMEX.


I've been studying penny/sub-penny stocks for almost 7 years now. In that time frame, this stock is the MOST OBVIOUS case of a stock that's going to be uplisted.


Am I wrong?


IMHO, look for the pump to (at least!) $0.25 per share sometime in the Spring of 2016.....
