The final knockout blow to longtime shareholders around the corner?

Having terribly mistreated shareholders it's entire existence is wave about to deliver the final slap in the face to its loyal shareholders who without them wave would have disappeared along time ago .

Talk about wrongdoing and laughing all the way to the bank while doing it the previous management sucked the shareholders dry and left them hanging by a thread with no conscience at all. Is solms just the fall guy for the previous regime as they got their money before the company went belly up ? Maybe

Or was solms brought in because even the inept bod couldn't allow the genius to continue because they were in danger of lawsuits because of their total lack of fiduciary duty to shareholders if they left the genius in charge any longer as they knew what was going to happen with the Dell deal pissed away .

Did solms really think there was a chance to save the company or was he just playing the game he was possibly brought in to play ?
