RANT: HP ze2000 Pavillion purchased almost 12 months ago. Continually crashed ruinning on wireless mode. Crashed so many times it can barely open on safe mode. Won't run system restore anymore, can't open anything in safe mode.

Did I lose the recovery disks? I though so but i've never lost any before. Then I read on their websites. Some were shipped without recovery discs... like maybe mine? You can order them from the parts department.

Parts department says, no you have to call another number, we don't have the discs.

I can't believe a $800 computed from a big company can be so much trouble... It has run less than a whole week since I've owned it.

DON"T BUY ONE. Don't even think about it!
