Hi Vacationhouse!

Yes, news with strong revenue implications would help drive the SP, but let's consider, meaningful revenues are already in the pipeline! The market does not seem to understand how big the Dell bundle is for Wave. The models that are now shipping are high volume models within Dell's product portfolio, and one has to assume the Optiplex line is due to be refreshed this year, adding more volume for Wave. Wave can't give specfic numbers on Dell publicly in the earnings call, because ISVs don't release the numbers of their OEM customers. I think the last PP went off at the market with no warrants because the institutional investors who bought in could see evidence from Wave that revenues will be over $1M/month by the end of this year. Think about it! How did Wave make the transition from discounted PIPEs to a real PP? It's called revenues in the pipeline!

I think Wave's plan is to do one last PP using SRA. I also think SRA is still in Wave's camp after the reverse split announcement, but I need to check around to verify that.
