If I'm correct, I think we would be on the 46 to 75 day clock for EAMS. That means we could have submitted the (hypothetical) IA for review with MHRA as recently as August 1, and still theoretically have a response in time for the event. Tasteygreen wafers put the proclaimed "halt" (aka: temporary suspension) around August 5 for that German site. Germany probably got the info at least 4 days earlier. I think they probably received it even earlier than that, and I bet the temporary suspension was not directed by NWBO for at least a few days after they received the (hypothetical) IA recommendation.
