In that "real world example" I quoted from a March 2015 article, they specifically did not need fast track status to get a rolling review, and they did not need it to get AA within 78 days of formal submission.

Next point. They also would not be obliged to temporarily halt screening to simply receive fast track. IMHO.

Next point. EAMS can be obtained in 90 days (after submission) or less, and requires phase III data (rarely phase II data...which doesn't apply here). London Calling September 16/17.

Next point. Prior conferences and current circumstances lead me to believe IA was completed in June. IMHO. Too many reasons to list and have people pick apart. Just my opinion.
