Still doesn't explain the logic (or lack thereof) behind paying $2M in divis when that same $2M could have bought up all the float, and not had to pay divis on anything except the original 119M o/s (of which only 17M was floating) at close of 6/30/15.

If they'd have put that same $2M into buying up shares, the pps would likely never stayed so low in order for that special rule to kick in/apply.
