fix the problem before the final proxy comes out.. problem solved... sorry you can't defend the indefensible.. and i want the captain and crew upgraded before we hit an iceberg...

when there's a real resistance to do what's right, usually something is very wrong...

at current mkt cap (which is low) they need $100 plus mil in institutional investment to move the needle...retail folks buying 5000 shares won't do it...they are in a catch 22 dilution trap...they won't break it until institutions invest, institutions (at the margin) won't invest with red flags
