jakedogman, that is NOT a solution.

Voting NO will not change the BoD (or fix it like you call it) and will only cripple the company (or possibly cripple it) in the process.

You don't sink the ship you are on to get rid of the captain and crew, do you? Because if you do you go down too.

I'd prefer to arrive at destination with some frustration about my trip rather then die during it. Of course that could not be the case for everyone.

Furthermore I am happy with the BoD/management because their FOR SURE mistakes, learning steps, and possible poor choices are a minor concern to me then seeing my investment - after all the waiting - being given away for breadcrumbs. With ANY change of the BoD I loose the guarantee but I may gain extra experience or reputation in an extended BoD (or I could become even worse). So I don't want any change until PPHM has Avid II running for 2 years and SUNRISE results are in. Then, and only then, BoD may want to think about extensions.

So voting NO is not the solutions. It is equal to help to sink ones investment and make statements about the believe in the Science and bavituximab and the happiness that patients will have access to it, hollow claims.

Peregrine Pharmaceuticals the Microsoft of Biotechnology! All In My Opinion. I am not advising anything, nor accusing anyone.
