CB with all your statements the one thing I would like to know that you really don't address is the only thing IMO that matters most for the future of this company. All the other things going on don't carry much weight. In fact if the main feature fails I think many will be negatively effected.

The question to you is...

Do you know if bavi is showing positive results as of today to the patients that are being treated at the 161 sites around the world ?

I know your answer. I will respond to that answer to save a post.

Since your answer is NO I will conclude that whatever actions the company is taking is to move the ball towards the goal line with bavi being the ball of course. The spotlight is beyond bright on this company because of past history good or bad.

IMO the authorization of these shares will be justified really soon. Hopefully before the next annual sh meeting. At that point in time longs will see the clarity of why these shares were necc and why. If it was just to pad their pockets with salary I believe the shares that are already have available would be enough to sustain themselves for a very long time. They also have the unique situation of Avid production moving along real nicely generating revenue.

Anyways I believe you get the point.
