Do not know why anyone is surprised by the pphm bod latest move. They are saying with this new dilution:
1) We have no imminent partner
2) We have no expectations of the trial being stopped before scheduled end-date
3) we do not have the funds to run multiple trials

This was all stated in the past. The fact that some investors chose to imagine things and: connect dots of randomness, imagine secret family holdings, claiming pphm issuing shares in advance of a partnership, ending trial early etc. does not change the facts. I do notice many finally coming around to what I and others have been saying about this bod. I truly do not understand, given that pphm execs are large shareholders too, why they do not add member with gravitas from industry or finance. Current bod could maintain control and wallstreet credibility would be greatly improved.
