From the company itself. Here are the specific numbers....

According to their last Filing there were 129,460,000 shares O/S on 6-30.

According to the PR on 8-13 they bought back 77,500,000 to reduce the O/S to 242,823,237.

Therefore the O/S at some point between 6-30 and 8-13 the O/S had to be 320 Mil shares or roughly 200mil more than what was O/S on 6-30.

I'm not here to bash, just trying to explain that there will be ALOT of buyers that will not see the dividend.
