Well that's odd, Defrag failed? The hard drive isn't full is it? You can try defraging in safe mode. Be careful about downloading these strange programs and loading them.

As far as the tune up goes, you don't gotta do #8 or #10 only if you are having issues and I only do #9 a couple times a year.
