Total over-reaction to RS here, my most recent stock that did a 1-4 RS to gain Nasdaq status, IPII, went on to have a 400% gainer within 6 months of the split. ERICY, a mature company did a 1-10 RS in 2002, they've done fine.

Im psyched, a real positive is we now we'll have a resonable O/S count so if/when we execute and revs can hit, the stock can really move isntead of the languishing w/~120mm O/S share count. The high share count has been keeping me away(high share count a personal pet peev..)

I believe during the 1980's the RS was the scam of the time, but not case now.. it's true that many companies are in trouble when they RS but these companies need to be examined on a case by case basis whether in touble or not.

I think one of the first lessons investors learn when getting into stocks is that a RS is 'bad', and now may be experiencing a RS for the first time and are freaking out. A RS is fine especially in Waves case, they have legit reasons to.

Im hoping for weakness monday so i can buy back in. Good luck all. Footwedge
