If delivery is to occur this month, when will the BCI ship to the United States?? "


This is the second time I've asked about delivery and gotten no response. Has anybody gotten thru using the phone number? I haven't in over a month!! For all those who love and trust VOIS how do you explain this recent and recurring behavior?
