LIBE is going to make some people rich.

1. CEO (Brian) is transparent
2. Trying to obtain non toxic funding
3. There is a REAL product that is selling
4. 2 LOI's that will make the production cheaper and easier and bring more money into LIBE
5. Does not want to R/S
