Due Friday. Saturday and Sunday do not count. 5 business days. Fact. They may file soon or may not and hold the conversions at bay until the 10-Q is filed. At which point an announcement of an 8k will hold the conversions at bay for another 48-72 hours until the 8K is filed. We shall see how events transpire.
