I know they are allowed to be late in the OTC as they are not an accelerated filer, but when I talked to Chance last week he was confident it would be filed by the end of the extension, which was today.
Switching from a regional firm to Marcum is probably the issue, had another Company that did a switch from a firm in Tennessee to a National Firm out of New York, can't remember who they switched to, but their first filing with them was late due to how things are done in the big apple! More through scrutiny which is why the SEC and FINRA like the move as there are better and more controls! It also gets them ready for any possible up lists to a National Exchange which NESV is planning.
Hope it comes out sooner than later!
