SMMW-continued buyback and possible tender offer
Mgmt. continues to buyback shares and has had 4 PR's over the last few months that they would not entertain a reverse split.

Also, 6/8 PR stated possible tender offer to shareholders above the squeeze trigger price which is .000177+.
