In my opinion, yes.

I also believe the majority of class a shareholders will vote for anything presented to them since management will say that the only other option is bankruptcy with the shares being deemed worthless.

Management can also declare bankruptcy without shareholder approval, have a court wipe out existing shareholders and then do what they want anyway.

The past support of "investors" of the management team and BoD has allowed this to become what it is.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
