sideways usually starts around noon, 2hrs before minutes release.

fwiw, my game plan today is:
• 8/28 puts at open (based on PM). done...
• 8/14 calls when drop finds support. (possible now...)
• 8/28 puts when the pre-fomc rallies stall.

if no rate hike, work the calls today/tmrw.
if rate hike, add more puts.

ease out of puts over time,
holding over weekend if nothing positive shifts in world news by friday close.
