No one likes an RS since they are usually done by a failing POS as they go down the tubes. But XKEM has a future. An RS will probably occur here sometime rather than a buyback IMO. But I don't see it necessarily as the kiss of death here if it leads to the big boards which is where XKEM is headed at some point. TA is gagged? You think they're selling into this while planning an RS?
