Its pointless trying to explain anything to him, he only knows how to post a couple things. "10K any day now". "3s and 4s gonna go quick". "Get in cheap, won't last long".

This company has some serious question marks, especially since Mckea Holdings is a majority shareholder and has a history of running scams. Maybe something shady happened when XCLK gave Mckea all those shares and that's the reason the 10-K hasn't been able to be released. That's just my opinion and I don't care what anyone else thinks.
