They also had to come up with new names because they can't legally call it "Besado Tequila," as it is bottled in the US. That's why it's not "tequila," but rather "Oro," a tequila-based flavored beverage containing loads of other ingredients and flavorings. Note the bottles also don't say "Hecho en Mexico" or contain other required statements for a true tequila.

I had a bunch of posts on this back when we were all speculating on why label approval might be taking so long. As is often the case, it turns out I was pretty much completely right ;)

Note also that the new labels don't have the standard "100% de agave" designation but instead say it's a "100% agave tequila, lightly infused..." A clever workaround, but IMO it might get them in trouble. I also posted a story about the guy who tried to create the first American tequila and even though he got label approval the Mexican government basically came after him for trying to pass off a non-authentic tequila as the real thing. I think he finally had to call it "spirit of blue agave" or something like that. I wouldn't be surprised if something similar happens to Besado, if it ever got big enough for anyone to care.
