As a small biotech, we are in a better position than most. Why?
There really isn't a huge gorilla in the room trying to stop us. Shorts alone cant do it. There is really NO effective treatment for Alzheimer's, so we are really not treading on anyone's turf. On the other hand, so many other small biotechs are fighting an uphill battle against the big boys. The cancer industry is huge $$$-- do you think a Isoray has a chance with their treatment? And look at what obstacles Amarin has faced. Even Mannkind (MKND) got shot down a couple of times because their inhaled insulin was peceived as a threat to the diabetic business. Moral of sory: few enemies, and our government behind us. As bullish as it gets if our drugs work.
