Interesting list other than the Pitcher Wins. Have to wonder how those pitchers did that way back when? Must have had rubber arms!

As for the other records, some thoughts:

Pete Rose's hits record, while appearing unbreakable may not be as unbreakable as it seems. If Ichiro would have played his full career in the MLB, he would be very close to Rose right now, as he just passed Ty Cobb when his Japan numbers were taken into account.

Stolen Base record by Ricky may one day see an assault on it. Billy Hamilton could in fact be the player to do so if he can ever learn how to get on base consistently! He has over 50 steals this year with a mere .272 OBP? Just imagine his totals if he could get that OBP to around .350?

Riviera's career saves record is not as unbreakable as it seems either. With more and more young pitchers coming straight into the closer's role, if just one of them gets on a roll, they may challenge. Osuna is Toronto is only 21. Just imagine if he goes on a roll from here. Still would need to average 40/year for 16 years, so would require durability.

Hit streak? No way anyone is breaking that anytime soon, but I guess someone may some day.

All of the other pitcher records other than Nolan Ryan's career No Hitters are not breakable, as no arm will hold up that long anymore. The No Hitter one could be broken by a special talent though.

And, my view of the most unbreakable would be Cal Ripken's consecutive game streak. No how no way in this day and age will anyone ever come remotely close to this again. For goodness sakes, I have seen players on my fantasy team in the past sat consistently for a little stomach flu, or even a migraine!
