YES! I see share prices climbing dramatically, as sympathetic shareholders attempt to support the company in the wake of the terrible news about the devoured BOD...this might even get a passing mention on CNBC.

Trouble is, who's available to be named to the emergency interim BOD? Pearl?

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
