Here's the first phrase of truth I have heard in awhile at least.

"Due to difficulties with U.S. banking partners, PayChest, Inc. has had to rethink its method of handling the companies 3rd party billing system."

So, no U.S. Bank will work with paychest. So now instead of being a global payment system that will challenge EBAY, they're going to focus on the asian market. If a bank here won't work with them, why would asian banks. Now they're into energy? What a looney toon ass company.
