and why i usually note PTOI re: the front half of the month vs the back half as well

in July .. a perfect example .. longs' picks were running over 50%+
on a *reduced* (read mostly actual) trading volume .. *front half* :)

it's why that *volume* had to be doubled in the back half of the month of July

it's called diluting reg sho .. but that *round* can only go so long when
there are no shares to actually access re: PTOI

and that is the dilemma at hand for those who do illegally manipultate OTC stox when *outlasted*

it's quite clear based on longs' PTOI picks in July .. that P2O investors understand the *game*

now it's just a matter of waiting on mgmt's execution :)

currently longs' known July 2015 time stamps have picked off >> 292,714
out of *total* volume currently for the month >> 893,190 **** subject to *MMs reporting* to FINRA ..

292,714/893,190 = 32.77%

that is more like it when factoring in 7.20.15's mostly 50/50 *stat*
re: duplicated trades and then what would appear to be from 7.27.15 ..
and then 7.31.15's *smoke and mirror* >> 20,000 done PM and *exactly* at the open (9:30:00)
