note to self: b4 Finra's platform change out on 11.17.14 .. it used to be that MMs'
reported Monthly data activity so that it came out of Finra on
the first business Monday after prior month's close .. interesting
as to how technology moves forward >> MMs re: OTC *move backward* in 2015
