From what I understand, it's not the companys fault completely and there was a delay in the auditor side being able to start it in the first place. Everyone has schedules and maybe this one wasn't scheduled properly at either/both ends. Also heard that they are actually doing a good job. I know I know, hard to believe, but that's my understanding.
