The Chief knows this is a "diamond in the rough." He is giving a negative interpretation of the 10Q in an effort to confuse and create doubt amongst share holders. He's looking for weak hands who might just dump their shares based on his rediculously short-sighted analysis of the 10Q. This "Johnny Come Lately" would like to drive the share price down so he can get in at bargain basement prices.
