scriven, you ask when the life-changing event could happen. That is a challenge to figure out but we must be relatively close based on past actions. It could be tomorrow or next year, but I will say this the following.

When the 8K is filed by WMIH describing its purchase, no doubt, in my view, this will be tied to WMILT and Escrow Shares. So the announcement will have to be planned extremely carefully and words chosen very carefully.

This so as NOT to expose what they have worked so hard on (now going almost going on eight years) to cover this blacked-out, in print and media world-wide travesty of justice. So this chapter will be planned with extreme caution but basically will go like this...How JPM/FDIC saved the financial world from collapse rather than actually creating the travesty...Ha, Ha, Ha.

There is one main point when raising the 600 million by WMIH, it was ensured that their stock could not be shorted by certain players through (I believe the end of 2016) so maybe this was to ensure whatever WMIH is working on will be already public and trading on a higher exchange.

So with that said, something in my view must happen well ahead of 12/2016. So I will make an educated guess and say we will see WMIH make an 8K filing showing what they are purchasing between 8/17/2015 and 10/2016. So you can see the window is relatively short considering this travesty started in 9/2008.
