at what rate?

we saw 7 plus 4 years of LG wrapped up in the 2006 agreement

we saw 10 plus 4 years of Samsung wrapped up in 2008

For Huawei….their handset sales were minuscule prior to 2011….and we see an "in China" rate of pennies… not sure what the "outside China" rate was that was arbitrated….and how many patents are involved?

figuring out how to balance all components of the agreement…. is what both sides will move towards….and maybe a kicker for future.

it's kinda like some here that think if there was infringement found in 1 patent…that IDCC should be able to get their entire portfolio licensed for a higher rate…. it's a different world these days
