AT have no right to ask you to cover ,, They know and if you argue they will reverse the sale . Don't be fooled here ..they are at risk here on reputation fraud and illegal trading ...it's plain simple .The Cusip was non restricted ...they provoked the 90% loss on the first place ... Paivis should and will sue them,,they won't need any dilution
this scenario can't last for ever , Complaint again to the SEC ,,,,this is absolutely innaceptable ...
