The fear that a US judgment may be unenforceable against ZTE in other countries is imo greatly exaggerated.
Without attempting a dissertation on the enforcement of a US judgment against ZTE in other countries I’d simply say that it’s very, very probable that a judgment in the US would be enforceable in almost all European countries, India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, Australia, and various Mideast and South/Central American countries. Actually the inability to enforce a judgement would be the exception rather than the rule.
