Its .00005 they would be converting at not .0001. So a $30K note would be equal to 600 million shares sold into the bid at .0001 and the end of this stock as we know it.

As i stated several times in the past whatever was possible should of been done to put a floor under this stock at .0005 to improve the conversion price, it wasn't done. So we are now bordering on going to no bid and one of the worst performers even for pinksheet stocks this year. All down to non stop dilution.
