CRGP**Cash Dividend Logic to Understand…

The key logic that I think have enticed investors here is the ”Cash Dividend” logic. They are offering a .011 per share cash dividend for every share of CRGP that is owned by shareholders. They are not offering this as a one-time cash dividend, but as a ”quarterly” cash dividend. This is important because let’s say you bought 10,000,000 shares of CRGP. This means that if you hold your shares on a quarterly basis, you will be awarded the amount of $110,000 (10,000,000 shares x .011 cash per share) in cash per quarter.

This means that at the price of .0024 per share, if you spend $24,000 to buy 10 million shares of CRGP, you will position yourself to receive $110,000 (10,000,000 shares x .011 cash per share) in cash per quarter.

Or even on a simpler note… This means that at the price of .0024 per share, if you spend $2,400 to buy 1 million shares of CRGP, you will position yourself to receive $11,000 (1,000,000 shares x .011 cash per share) in cash per quarter.

This is why the recent PR confirming that the distribution of the cash dividend was important. Now it is important for the company to deliver which is supposed to take place on Aug 17, 2015 which is this coming Monday. If the cash dividend takes place, then such would set the stage for the perception of legitimacy going forward as many investors would want to take part in the receipt of their ”quarterly cash dividend” per quarter.
