I CHECK OUT THE FILING ON THIS STOCK. I did call the number on the filing. The phone number was an answering service. I must say, that I was not at all happy with what I found out. Maybe there is a reason for it, but when I want to talk to someone, I want to talk to him or her. So I found him(No Names) on face book.
I sent him a message and was very kind. And still no reply. Well yes I am a shareholder!!! But wouldn't you want to talk to your shareholder? So I have shares, and yes I will keep all of my shares. To me when someone don't talk to you, there is a reason.. So I am in the penny stock world. And I can't always have it my way.... But the filings are good, and my friend at the SEC said all is good. So now I search for another stock to put in my stock shop...
