If any of these lawsuits are successful and a judgement rendered against CMKX, the only asset to seize as I see it would be the Entourage shares. I'm guessing that successful litigants would have first dibs on any assets.

I wonder if there would be any of the restricted 45 million ETGMF left to distribute to the stuckholders?
