Well, if things go as they are, they will have a 3rd non-compliance notice regarding the failure of the market value publicly held shares requirement. Of course, some will say that is more "good news" for the company. Who wants pesky shareholders to have any stake in the company.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
