That should all be made clear very soon (I hope!). We'll see what the debt holders are doing. In theory, if this is the 10K, then I would think that there is nothing material that we don't already know based on the time period it is covering, it's so long ago. It will be interesting to see how much if at all they mention anything outside the period, if it is even allowed to do so (I have no idea what the rules are).
