Johnny I am not sure that the debt is cleared or not yet, we'll need to see about that. Not being negative, just stating that we don't really know. We do know that there havent been any conversions or else they would have announced them as a material event.

Regardless, my understanding in talking with them is that the last thing they want to have to do is issue any more stock, and that, in general, is a good thing.

Man I know they're pushing hard. If I had the skills to help, I might have even considered showing up at their door to do something useful - my day job by day, pumping out financials by night LOL
