To answer your question All Franchises need a general manager. This is especially true if you plan on opening more than one store. If this store opens and does well there is a good chance they will open more stores but they are so slow at it who knows when that will happen. By the time this restaurant chain takes off the stock may de list. too bad. One day it might actually become a "real" chain.
