EXACTLY. The A/S is still at 3 billion, the market cap is stupid low, like we saw last time, doesn't take much for this to run... only $1,400 worth of shares exchanged hands today LOL
this is SUPER thin and we've had tons of shares exchange hands from the impatient to the patient over the past couple months... this will move on air once that 10-k is filed.
Hell if they miss their self imposed deadline and people dump, i'll be there to rebuy 1's
