the key point of all the DD is that more money - in various condition and locations has been found per the DD

Let say 5 Billion - just to pick some seriously significant number which is the zone of what DD devotees have found

Piers get paid
WMIH gets no money or help from JPM or anyone

and the Escrows have not paid more than say a total of 40 million and the LT is closed

WHAT DO YOU FOLKS DO - GIVEN YOU ARE SURE YOU HAVE BEEN CHEATED YOUR SHARE OF 2-22 Billion?

Go to the DOJ?
SUE with a full split the profit attorney - say 50-50 contingency
or

If you all feel strongly and pursue something or some path to get to the found money --- there is positive fall out for you guys and for the rest of us escrow holders.

What is it you all would do to create value TO YOUR CHECKBOOK AND POCKET from all the DD you all did that in your opinions SCREAM BILLIONS ON THE TABLE ?
