CMKX Lawsuit Number 5 ~~ Update 06/16/2006

Motion by Plaintiff to Exempt Arbitration:

Looks like there is no arbitration and this lawsuit is going directly to trial!

The above lawsuit is about the 2005 contract.
Rutherford is suing for damages on the 2005 contract.

What about the 2004 contract?


Unbelievable, the mentality of Urban Casavant, to actually believe he can get away with this!
