Three possibilities here, IMO

1) Someone decided to convert without telling you in advance, and so tomorrow or Thursday, LIBE will receive the conversion demand (Added in Edit: Could also be the first Keener note establishing a low within the conversion price window that just opened.)

2) Someone decided to exit a large position at the bid, and a small panic began

3) Someone wants to drive the price to $0.0001 to induce panic so that they can acquire several hundred million shares at that price, either as a cover from a higher price or to establish a large, long position.

Selling 55K into the bid in order to get the $0.0001 close would fit both Scenarios 1 and 3.
