Yes...and that "audit" did not entail any testing of internal controls. Not much assurance gained at all from an audit that has no testing. It's like saying that a car looks to be designed okay but not actually testing to see if the nuts, bolts, cogs and wheels function as designed. Trust me. I am a consultant by trade and I know this stuff better than most.
